You will be a key training admin and operations partner to our clients to deliver effective and efficient training administrative and operations services to support their business objectives and operations. You will undertake a supervisory role and be expected to manage a team of executives.

Be Part of Our Success

1. Monitor and ensure the accuracy of all the programmes registration, payments, enrolment, attendance and assessment records are processed accurately and timely, and in accordance with all prevailing SOPs, policies and procedures.
2. Conduct regular checks on registration and payments, enrolment, attendance and assessments records via the system(s).
3. Process training administration from pre to post programme activities, including coordination with both internal and external partners and providing logistical support.
4. Attend to enquiries and appeals timely and accurately.
5. Review existing SOPs, Procedures, Documentations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Review and provide data and information for management reporting and to provide support for external audit.
7. Oversee the daily operations and completion of tasks in your team.
8. Report to and assist Head Training Administration and Operations in other tasks as required.
9. Develop and mentor team members.
10. Undertake additional tasks as required.
11. Other ad-hoc projects may be required.

Qualities We Value

1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
2. Experience and knowledge in similar industry and the various training grants, such as PSEA, UTAP, SFC is preferred.
3. Strong leadership and management skills.
4. Proven leadership skills will be an advantage.
