Corporate Service Engineer

Provide technical support to the Front Offices:

1. Provide technical solutions to difficulties faced by operators/customers/Front Offices
2. Perform visits to prominent operators/customers for technical reviews
3. Analyse and issue Technical Agreements to keep engines in service
4. Analyse downloaded engine data and parameters as required
5. Present SAFRAN Helicopter Engines (HE) products and services during Symposiums and Customer Councils

Ensure product safety, reliability and improvement through the following activities:

1. Lead investigations for in-service events
2. Gather and analyse return of experience from the field and conduct investigations as required
3. Review Health Monitoring Data for operators/customers under contract
4. Perform ad-hoc customer visits as part of crisis management

Support the SAFRAN HE business requirements:

1. Lead cost optimization projects
2. Participate in digitalisation projects
3. Involve in contracts and program management review between Corporate and FO

Travel between 4 to 10 times annually

Requirements:

1. Degree in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. More than 5 years' experience in technical support, customer facing or MRO roles
3. Good working knowledge in Gas Turbine Engines and/or Helicopter Systems
4. Ability to work in a multi-project and cultural environment
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral)
6. Demonstrated ability to work in a highly dynamic environment and in a team setting
7. Proven track record for resolution of engineering issues
8. Confident to present in front of an audience or customers
9. Good working knowledge in MS Office applications
