Position: Technician, Process

Location: Singapore (Corporate office in AMK)

We are looking for someone motivated, willing to learn and who is a strong team player. You will be welcomed into our closely knit team and will be given many opportunities to grow with us. You can expect a supportive and fast-paced environment where your contributions will be recognized.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Engineers in process flow improvement, troubleshooting, maintaining and making engineering improvement to the automation lines.
• Identify and manage process improvements relating to product quality, cost, cycle time and manufacturing line efficiencies.
• Analyse, propose and implement corrective action plans to resolve quality issues.
• Provide line support and optimization of yield improvement plans.
• Assist in product transfer.
• Set up BOM, prepare Venture Standard Operating Procedure and Engineering Alert.
• Conduct training for the Production Associates.
• Handle tooling, equipment and work cell maintenance.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Company.
