A leading insurance firm in Singapore is seeking a Marine Underwriter with at least 5 years of experience in marine insurance underwriting. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and preparing underwriting information, managing a profitable Marine Cargo book, and liaising with intermediaries. Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Marine insurance underwriting.
  • Good knowledge of Marine insurance operations and procedures.
  • Understanding of laws and legislation related to marine insurance.

  • Review and prepare underwriting and renewal information.
  • Underwrite simpler risks and maintain a profitable book of Marine Cargo.
  • Prepare quotation slips after finalization with the Team Leader.
