About The Role

• Provide administrative support for the Recruitment Team with a high focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure that all staff records are set up and maintained with confidentiality, accuracy, and compliance in mind.
• Liaise with Department managers to ensure timely and accurate submission of employees' attendance to payroll team for processing.
• Work closely with our internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions.
• Assist in timely resolution to employees' queries via email and phone call.
• Process applications, renewal and/or cancellation of work passes and all other related matters for foreign employees.
• Any other duties and projects as assigned.

What We Are Looking For

• Polytechnic Diploma with HR administrative experience is preferred.
• Meticulous and organized, ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Resourceful, ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Team player, willingness to learn and accept new challenges.
