Job summary
A leading luxury hotel in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Security Manager to oversee the efficient running of the security department. The role includes developing, implementing, and evaluating safety procedures for the hotel. Ideal candidates should hold a professional diploma in Safety and Security and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Strong operational and administrative skills are essential for ensuring safety and security across the organization.
Qualifications
- Professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Security Manager, or Assistant Security Manager.
- Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient running of the department as per corporate strategies.
- Develop and implement hotel’s safety and security procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate safety measures including fire safety.

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Security Manager is responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s safety and security procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset protection for Grand Hyatt & Miraval Resorts, the Red Sea.
- Professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security.
- Minimum 2 years work experience as Security Manager, or Assistant Security Manager in larger operation.
- Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills.
