A luxury hotel on the Red Sea is seeking a Security Manager to oversee safety and security operations in alignment with corporate strategies. The role involves the development and evaluation of security procedures, ensuring fire safety, and protecting employees and assets. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security. This position is essential for maintaining the standards expected by guests and owners.
You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Security Manager is responsible to develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the hotel’s safety and security procedures, including fire safety, employee and asset protection for Grand Hyatt & Miraval Resorts, the Red Sea.
Ideally with a professional diploma or certificate in Safety and Security. Minimum 2 years work experience as Security Manager, or Assistant Security Manager in larger operation. Good practical, operational and adequate administrative skills are a must.
