A medical and technology college is seeking an experienced Security Manager in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves supervising security operations, monitoring safety systems, responding to emergencies, and implementing security policies. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Security Management or a related field and over 5 years' experience, including 2 years in a leadership role. Fluency in Arabic and English is required, alongside knowledge of local safety standards. This position ensures a safe environment for all college stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a security role (2+ years in a leadership role).
- Knowledge of KSA Civil Defense and MOH safety standards.
- Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Experience with CCTV and security systems.
Responsabilités
- Supervise security guards and control their schedules and duties.
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and access control systems.
- Respond quickly to emergencies, accidents, or safety threats.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety checks and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with police, Civil Defense, and other authorities.
- Train staff and students on emergency procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi laws and college regulations.
