The Safety Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining health and safety programs to ensure a safe working environment. They identify potential hazards, conduct risk assessments, and enforce safety policies to prevent accidents and injuries.

• Manage and Supervise the Safety Operation activities.
• Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate's staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers and NAQUA Employees.
• Explain and demonstrate work tasks to new workers or assign workers to experienced workers for further training.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections.
• Prepares Safety Policy, SOPs, and submits reports on work activities, operations, productivity and work-related accidents.
• Monitor operations to ensure that staff members comply with administrative policies and procedures, safety rules, union contracts, and government regulations as well as contractors in third parties.
• Provides safety guidance and instructions for all unit training, operations and activities.
• Drive a strong safety culture throughout the organization, focusing on prevention, training, and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety or related field.
• Advanced certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or IOSH are highly desirable.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in occupational health and safety.
• In-depth understanding of safety regulations and standards.
• Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies.
• Familiarity with environmental health and safety (EHS) practices.
• Awareness of industry-specific hazards and controls.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws, traffic laws, safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
• Knowledge of criminal
• laws and public security for coordination with law enforcement.
• Familiarity with PPE standards and equipment.
• Awareness of industry-specific hazards and controls.
• Proficiency in safety management software and tools.
