Job Title: Design Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing and managing the design process from concept to completion.
2. Coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure design quality and feasibility.
3. Ensuring designs meet project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
4. Leading the design team and ensuring quality control throughout the project.
5. Reporting to senior management and coordinating with other departments.

Industry Required: Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Interior Design

Essential Experience:

1. 10 years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio of high-quality professional work and project samples.
2. Experience working with international design consultants or in high-level local firms.
3. Expertise in foundational design concepts, visual principles, and proficiency with the techniques, tools, and technologies necessary for exceptional design work.
4. Experience in managing distinguished or destination projects, especially in the Gulf region.
5. Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor or Associates degree in Architecture (Master or Ph.D. would be an advantage)
2. PMP or MBA is preferable
3. Certification and/or training in relevant design software programs
