We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Design Architect to join our team in Riyadh and NEOM, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong creative vision, and extensive experience in interior design within the commercial and residential sectors. You will play a pivotal role in shaping interior spaces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and sustainable while collaborating with architects, clients, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Design projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and budgets.
2. Develop innovative design concepts, space plans, and layouts prioritizing functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
3. Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints, providing expert consultation throughout the design process.
4. Apply technical expertise to produce detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D renderings, ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
5. Select and specify furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes that balance design aesthetics, functionality, and cost-effectiveness.
6. Coordinate effectively with architects, engineers, and contractors to seamlessly integrate design and construction processes.
7. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any design-related issues.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices, incorporating them into projects.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in interior design, Architecture, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in interior design, preferably within an engineering consultancy or similar environment.
3. Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering tools.
4. Excellent understanding of materials, finishes, color theory, and furniture selection.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Creative thinker with the ability to problem-solve and innovate in design solutions.
7. Knowledge of sustainable design practices and local building codes and regulations is highly desirable.
8. Available to join immediately.
9. Willingness to relocate, if required.
10. Must have a Valid SCE Membership (Professional or Consultant).
11. Must have a Valid and Transferable Iqama (if non-Saudi).
