Architectural Draughtsman

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Draughtsman with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating detailed architectural drawings, construction plans, and design layouts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate architectural drawings, layouts, and blueprints using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
2. Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop and refine designs.
3. Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
4. Revise and update drawings based on feedback and project requirements.
5. Coordinate with other departments to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural drafting.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other drafting software.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural plans.
5. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
