JOH Partners is currently working on an exciting Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) role on behalf of a leading transport organization.
Our Client is seeking a highly experienced Chief HR Officer (CHRO) to lead their HR function and align it with the organization's strategic goals. Based in Saudi Arabia, the CHRO will be responsible for overseeing the development of HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, managing executive recruitment, and driving Saudization initiatives.
The role of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is only open to Saudi Nationals who are able to commercially define, lead and drive strategy for HR to support the growth of the organization. Managing the existing team, this position is made for someone who has the energy and gravitas to support the CEO in achieving an exciting vision for the future.
Reporting to the CEO, you will need the ability to formulate and drive the long-term strategy of this entity as the organization looks to continue the impressive growth that they have already experienced to date. Ideal candidates will have 15-20 years of HR experience, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in strategic HR planning and talent management. Experience within the GCC region is preferred.
