This full-time role for a Human Resources Manager is based on-site in Jubail. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and development. The role involves managing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and supporting workforce planning and development.

• Strong skills in Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management
• Experience in Training and Development, Workforce Planning, and HR Policy Implementation
• Knowledge of Compliance and Regulatory Requirements
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
• Ability to work independently and manage an HR team
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR) is preferred
• Experience in the industrial or construction sectors is a plus
