Job Description

  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the HR department within the factory.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the company's vision and goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training processes to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Manage employee relations and conflict resolution processes.
  • Drive employee performance management and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Liaise with top management and provide regular HR reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Manager should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A strong background in HR operations within a factory or industrial setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading HR teams.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and databases.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
