Job Description:

A leading hospitality group in Riyadh is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead and manage its human resources operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR leadership within large groups, holdings, or the hospitality/restaurant industry in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with Saudi labor laws.
• Lead workforce planning, training, and development initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
• Ensure smooth payroll processing, compensation, and benefits management.
• Establish and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices in line with Saudi regulations and industry standards.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior management, providing insights on HR trends and organizational development.

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Extensive HR experience in Saudi Arabia, with a deep understanding of local labor laws and Saudization requirements.
• Proven track record in HR leadership roles within large groups, holdings, or the hospitality/restaurant industry.
• Ability to join immediately.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
