We are seeking a HR Business Partner to join our team based in Riyadh HQ, Saudi.

Responsibilities

As a HR Business partner, your daily workload might include:

• Act as an advisor to managers on all people-related matters
• Collaborate with business units to understand their goals and translate them into HR priorities
• Have driven Talent management / OD related initiatives
• Lead performance management cycles, ensuring fair and constructive feedback and development plans
• Be the first point of contact to provide guidance on employee relations issues, labour law compliance, and disciplinary matters, particularly within Saudi Arabia
• Partner with the L&D team to build and implement training plans that enhance skills and capabilities
• Contribute to HR policy development and ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards
• Support organizational design, change management, and workforce planning efforts
• Use HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decision-making

Requirements

Our target profile is candidates with:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or any related field
• 6-7 years of HR Business Partnering or HR Generalist experience
• Worked in fast growing startups/MNCs and have exposure to working with international employees
• Startup mindset, Problem solver
