Role Information

Position Title: HR Business Partner Specialist

Department: Human Resources – Shared Services

Reports to: HR Business Partner Manager

Direct Reports: None

Role Description

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Specialist enacts the Human Resources agenda across the Company, by partnering with employees and people managers on matters relating to recruitment and talent retention, talent management, performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Role Accountabilities

• Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies and benefits.
• Provide advice to employees and people managers on matters relating to employee relations, workplace disputes, performance management, and recruitment and selection.
• Support the annual performance appraisal, ensuring all employees have objectives that drive corporate performance.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects across the Company.
• Manage employee relations cases including complaints and grievances ensuring fair and legal treatment of employees.
• Contributes to recruitment process by participating in implementing appointment process such as contracting, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
• 2 years’ experience in HR business partnering role.
• Professional certification such as CIPD and SHRM.
