Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science - Programming Department.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Must be a Saudi national, or if not, must possess an official residence document in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with sponsorship reference for the main contractor or approved subcontractor.
Has experience in the field of project content technically for no less than 5 years in programming and developing applications and systems in a similar entity to the General Directorate of Narcotics Control.
Must be medically fit and able to perform work that requires physical effort.
Acceptance to work in the directorate is subject to passing an interview and test by specialists in the General Directorate of Narcotics Control - General Administration of Information Technology.
Must have a valid driver's license and be authorized to use it within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Must have a qualification certificate accredited by Microsoft in developing web applications using .NET MCSD, a recent version, within the last 3 years.
Must have full knowledge and experience of not less than 3 years in working on MVC technologies.
The application developer manager must have technical knowledge of how to design distributed applications in the Windows Communication Foundation (WCF) environment using Distributed Systems Designing with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010.
Proficiency in working with XML and JSON technologies, with related certificates and experiences.
Clarification of previous experience in this field is required, including a brief overview of the technical background in developing applications, business solutions, and projects implemented, along with explanations of these projects, years of experience, and certificates obtained in application development.
Proficiency in UML analysis technology and using Rational Rose, with the ability to design and develop reports using Crystal Reports.
Total salary: 8000-9000 SR.
