Role Purpose: The Senior Civil Engineer is responsible for the design, analysis, and management of civil engineering projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative engineering solutions that enhance infrastructure and community development. The Senior Civil Engineer also provides mentorship to junior engineers and oversees project execution from conception to completion.

Responsibilities
Project Design and Development
  • Lead the design of civil engineering projects, including roads, bridges, and drainage systems.
  • Perform engineering calculations, analysis, and modeling to support design decisions.
Project Management
  • Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting to ensure timely delivery and adherence to costs.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Quality Assurance and Compliance
  • Ensure that all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
