The position will be responsible for the projects Sales function for promoting WATTS products in the Saudi Arabia projects market. He/She would be responsible for participating in developing business & achieving budgets in the region, identifying potential customers, managing existing customer relationships, and monitoring customer and competitor activity and industry trends.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for projects Sales of WATTS products.
Sales visits, inquiry generation, helping in proposal generation - submissions, technical approvals of products, negotiations, application support, trials, vendor registration, competition information, market research, tracking customers' shutdown and Turn Arounds.
Manage the sales of HVAC, plumbing & drainage products & services within the geographic area of KSA, ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through market research, business tracking, competition monitoring, positive planning, and customer management.
Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiate sales prices and discounts in consultation with line management.
Manage/enhance relationships with customers and distributors.
Review progress of sales and achievements throughout the year.
Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly revenue streams.
Provide quarterly/half-yearly results assessments of sales activities.
Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
Ensure all sales policies, practices, and procedures are followed.
Collaborate with Principal & Operations Manager to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines.
Organize customer programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, and proper use and level of sales support.
Hold regular meetings with customers and principals.
Penetrate new markets with the existing portfolio.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferable)
Management: This Position Reports to Sales Manager Saudi Arabia
Qualifications:
3+ years experience in sales (projects) in Saudi Arabia.
Competent in all aspects of product (approvals) and sales management (bidding, negotiations, demand-supply mapping).
