Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Steel Structural Engineer with a proven track record in overseeing the structural aspects of high-rise building projects, specifically in the KSA. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of structural engineering principles and practices, coupled with a strong understanding of site operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the construction of iconic skyscrapers in one of the world's most dynamic and fast-paced construction environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide expert guidance and oversight on all structural engineering aspects of high-rise building projects/Towers, ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards.
2. Collaborate closely with the design and construction teams to review and evaluate structural drawings, specifications, and calculations.
3. Conduct thorough site inspections to assess structural integrity, identify potential risks, and propose effective solutions to mitigate them.
4. Monitor the progress of structural works on-site, ensuring adherence to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
5. Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve any structural-related issues or challenges encountered during construction.
6. Review and approve method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals related to structural works.
7. Conduct regular structural assessments and provide recommendations for strengthening or modification as necessary.
8. Prepare comprehensive reports, documentation, and correspondence related to structural engineering activities.
9. Act as a technical liaison between the project team, clients, and relevant authorities, addressing any structural-related queries or concerns promptly.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in civil or Structural Engineering from a reputable institution. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification preferred.
3. Minimum of 10 - 15 years of experience in steel structural engineering, with a focus on high-rise building projects or Towers.
4. Proven track record of successfully delivering structural engineering solutions for high-rise buildings ranging from 70 to 80 floors.
5. In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
6. Must have Site supervision experience.
7. Strong proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.
8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively liaise with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders.
9. Sound understanding of site operations, construction methodologies, and safety protocols.
10. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
11. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
