Havelock One Interiors is looking for a Project Engineer to join our team in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA).

Consequently, the ideal candidate for the Project Engineer position shall be flexible and adaptable. Role Summary
The project engineer role will be to execute and assist with large fit-out projects independently with minimum supervision from the project manager.

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Complete management of the project at site from taking possession of the unit from client to site handover.
2. Specifying project objectives and plans including delineation of scope, scheduling, setting performance requirements etc.
3. Maximizing resource efficiency (labour, materials, and equipment).
4. Implementing various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction in the entire process.
5. Maintaining accurate records as construction progress throughout the projects.
6. Responsible for overview of the construction sites, and management of vendors and trades. In addition, keep good communication between the Clients at all times.
7. Project Management Planning, Cost Management, Time Management, Quality Management, Contract Administration, Safety Management, which includes specific activities like defining the responsibilities and management structure of the project management team, organizing, and leading by implementing project controls.

Personal qualities
We are looking for a versatile Project Engineer in KSA who has the following experience, skills and personal attributes:

1. The candidate should have a minimum of five to eight years similar experience, preferably in Hospitality sector.
2. Successful track record of working on these type of projects, e.g., Hospitality, Hotels, High End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education etc.
3. Very strong technical and execution abilities.
4. Previous experience of working with professional fit out contracting companies with their in-house workforce.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work successfully in a multinational environment.
6. Computer literate (AutoCAD, MS Projects, MS Office).
