We are looking for talented Agriculture Farm Manager to develop and lead the team for successful implementation of project activities in relation to farm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Involved in both strategic planning and day-to-day operations, particularly in relation to the farm.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, considering resource allocation and procurement needs.
• Manage and lead farm consultant and construction team from inception of project to ensure that all authorities' approvals and delivery of project is on schedule and within quality standards and budget.
• Check that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and follow up on any deficiencies.
• Support project team to resolve project issues throughout project implementation.
• Supervise, manage, and report to the Management on the project progression.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and government agencies to ensure smooth implementation and quality of the project.
• Build and promote an open, trusting, and respectful team environment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in Farm Management or specifically project roles in the agriculture industry.
• Possess Bachelor Degree / Diploma in Agriculture / Business Studies / Management or equivalent.
• Experience in liaison with external authorities and government agencies for the agriculture industry will be an added advantage.
• Capable of playing a leading role in a teamwork environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Ability to handle stress and manage projects according to deadlines.
• Knowledge of durians will be an advantage and given priority.

Location Requirement:

• This position is based in Junjung, Kulim and Sg Pinang, Balik Pulau.
• Candidate must be willing and able to work in the above-mentioned location.
