Operations & Media Executive

Location: Cyberjaya / Tanjung Karang, Selangor

We are a fast-growing precision agriculture company dedicated to increasing rice yield through cutting-edge drone technology. Based in Selangor, we serve thousands of paddy farmers while nurturing local youth talents to be part of the agricultural tech revolution. We are also passionate about storytelling and content creation through our media initiative, Skuadrone TV.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic Operations & Media Executive to join our team. This hybrid role blends administrative support with media and content creation. You’ll help run the day-to-day business operations while also being the face and voice of the company in various content formats, including social media, video campaigns, and community outreach projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Operations Support

1. Coordinate scheduling for spraying/spreading operations
2. Liaise with crew leads and field teams to ensure timely job execution
3. Maintain databases of farmers, land plots, and service logs
4. Assist in document preparation, reporting, and office management
5. Support project tracking, subsidy documentation, and compliance reporting

Media & Marketing Engagement

1. Serve as a presenter or host for Skuadrone TV and other video content
2. Work closely with the marketing team to ideate and execute social media campaigns
3. Assist in planning and coordinating video shoots on-site and in-studio
4. Represent the company at public events, expos, or during interviews
5. Help manage social media channels, create captions, and monitor engagement

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Business Admin, Mass Communication, Agriculture, or related field
2. Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
3. Comfortable being on camera and speaking to diverse audiences
4. Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independently
5. Passionate about agriculture, technology, and community development
6. Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Instagram Reels) is a bonus
7. A valid driving license and willingness to travel between Cyberjaya and Tanjung Karang
