Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and driven Associate IT Business Analyst to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates looking to build their careers in IT and business analysis, specifically in the agriculture technology sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements, support the development of IT solutions, and contribute to the success of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements for various IT projects.
2. Support the design, development, and implementation of software solutions.
3. Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of business needs with IT solutions.
4. Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and product enhancements.
5. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet business requirements.
6. Assist in the creation of process documentation and training materials.
7. Provide ongoing support to internal teams and customers as needed.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to the agriculture sector.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Agriculture Technology, or related field.
2. Strong interest in IT, business analysis, and the agriculture industry.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, use cases, wireframes) is a plus.
6. Basic knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies is an advantage.
7. Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn.
8. Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
