Position Overview

We are looking for a Mechanical (Electrical) Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical equipment or electrical systems. This position requires a strong technical background in electrical systems or mechanical equipment, as well as good communication and teamwork skills to ensure the stability and efficiency of factory equipment or power systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Perform daily maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical equipment or electrical systems.
2. Diagnose mechanical or electrical faults to ensure timely resolution and minimize production interruptions.
3. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment.
4. Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures during maintenance activities.
5. Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and report issues to the Equipment Manager.
6. Identify opportunities for equipment improvements and preventive maintenance planning.

Key Requirements

Education: Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or electrical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding, and machining techniques. Knowledge of electrical wiring, PLC systems, inverters, control circuits, and troubleshooting industrial electrical systems.

Language Skills: Fluency in Mandarin is required; basic English proficiency is a plus.

Other Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
