About this opportunity

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Key Account Manager Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to Key Account Managers (KAMs) and their account teams. This role supports day‑to‑day coordination, customer‑related activities, and ensures smooth execution of administrative processes.

What you will do
  • Provide administrative support to KAMs and account teams.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage documentation in EriDoc, SharePoint, and shared drives.
  • Support preparation of presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
  • Handle local administrative tasks such as purchase orders, expense reporting, and vendor coordination.
  • Support and improve administrative tools and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations in Mexico.
Qualifications
  • Experience in an administrative or support role (sales or account support a plus).
  • Strong planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience with POs, expenses, and administrative processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Intermediate English and fluent Spanish.
