About the location:

On the stunning southern coast of Mexico’s Baja peninsula, experience Cabo’s Golden Corridor with Mexican chic and a cool Mediterranean vibe. Position: Cabana Supervisor

Be a part of something truly special! Join the dream team of Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas at Cabo Del Sol. This expansive property will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences, centrally located in the "tourist corridor" between Cabo San Lucas and San José del Cabo atop the breathtaking Baja California Sur with amazing views of the sea where the Sea of Cortez meets the Pacific Ocean. Amenities will include three restaurants, three resort pools, an open-air fitness center, Spa & Spa Garden, and a Clubhouse event facility.

Are you ready to embark on a career like no other? Here is what we are looking for!

  • Upcoming or recent graduate from a Hospitality Management post-secondary program an asset. (However, graduates from all disciplines will be considered).
  • Minimum one to two years’ experience within the hospitality or service industry.
  • Ability to demonstrate leadership experience through work, extracurriculars and/or studies.
  • Passion to grow and develop within the industry and Four Seasons brand.
  • Strong communication skills (Spanish & English), and additional spoken languages considered an asset.
  • Working visa is available for sponsorship.

Target Hire Date: Q1 2025
