You will report directly to the Head of Change Management and Continuous Improvement, based in Zurich, Switzerland. As an integral member of our international SCM Change Management and Continuous Improvement (CMCI) Team, you will engage with colleagues across various regions to foster a culture of high performance and engagement.
University degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
At least 10+ years of experience as a capability lead or in a similar role within an international business environment, with a proven track record in building a learning organization.
Experience in designing, developing, leading, and delivering large cross-organizational training and digital projects, including transitioning to digital environments (e.g., re-platforming, online, blended, mobile, and disruptive technologies).
Business fluency in English (essential, both verbally and in writing); knowledge of other languages is an asset.
Highly experienced with digital tools, including e-learning platforms, HR systems, and Microsoft MS365 applications.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence through facts, policies and practices as well as engage diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Works independently with general supervision. Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex. May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices.
