The core task is to coordinate the optimization of our IT landscape for the Purchasing processes. In addition, SAP IT Key user function and coordination with internal and external partners.

1. Key user function and project management for IT projects with focus on purchasing
2. Conceptual design and implementation of the technical requirements of business processes in SAP-MM/For purchasing
3. Implementation of SRM
4. Process optimization in close collaboration with process owners of different purchasing departments (Marketing/General Service Purchasing, Technical Purchasing, Raw-Material & Packaging Purchasing) and IT department
5. Support in change management activities
6. Interface between internal departments and external partners
7. Close cooperation with:
1. Strategic Purchases
2. Operative Purchases
3. Technical Purchases

1. Commercial and purchases education
2. 3-5 years of experience in purchasing
3. Business processes, IT and digitalization are your passion
4. Excellent knowledge of SAP / SRM and Excel
5. Previous experience in process optimization
6. Communication and coordination skills
7. Project management skills are of advantage
8. Fluent English, knowledge of German and/or Italian
