Creation of revenue & activation of clients through effective advisory.
Cross-selling of other products like Mutual Funds, PMS, and Insurance.
Handling queries & complaints of clients and resolving them within TAT.
Acquiring new clients and retaining existing clients through periodic meetings.
Profiling clients by conducting in-depth reviews of their financial requirements, analyzing information, and recommending portfolios.
Monitoring & enhancing advisors' advising skills through call tracking, weekly targets, meetings, and conference calls.
