Analyzing the current retail customer base for the premium segment and creating an action plan based on initiatives and business alignment are requirements of the position. In order to make sure that every project is completed on time, the position will require you to establish important metrics for tracking and updating that will be routinely checked. You will also need to work on the P&L for premium segment, potential cost-save initiatives and update on any loose rivets that could have any risk-related or regulatory impact based on the initiatives taken up.
Responsible to develop a unique value proposition for Premium Segment customers that not only creates value to our customers but also differentiates us from the competitors. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure the fulfilment of the CVP.
Understanding of business objectives and comprehension and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) that support the implementation of the business plan analysis of the updated monthly dashboard containing key KPIs.
Ensuring monthly updates to the Premium Segment base and possible upgrades.
Identifying regulatory impact, if any, of the activities undertaken for Premium Segment.

Post Graduation Degree with at least 2 years of experience in retail banking.
