Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Responsibilities:

• Design simple and user-friendly interfaces for websites and mobile apps.
• Create basic sketches, interactive models, and detailed designs to improve user experience.
• Work closely with developers, product teams, and other teams to turn ideas into real designs.
• Make sure designs look good and work well on all screen sizes and devices.
• Study user behavior, test designs, and check competitor designs to make improvements.
• Build and update design templates and style guides to keep everything consistent.
• Keep learning about new design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Make sure designs are easy to use and follow the latest industry standards.

Skill Abilities:

• 6+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in a tech/software company.
• Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and other design tools.
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to work effectively with developers.
• Ability to create and maintain design systems for scalable UI development.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams and collaborating on product development.
