Responsibilities:

• Planning & implementing key initiatives for business augmentation
• Identify powerful product stories that can be tested via market campaigns as well as journey interventions
• Identify opportunity segments (income, profiles based) and create tailored propositions for them with friction-free journeys
• Increase business contribution from these identified segments
• Understand our product/variant/proposition and benchmark them with competition to identify need gaps
• Strong monitoring on key vectors such as case size, activation, productivity & deploy corrective actions
• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and influence them for key initiatives & evangelize them in large field force
• Strengthen sales support with trainings & campaigns
• Continuously improve systems and processes with a focus on quality and enhancing customer & distribution experience

Additional Responsibilities:

Presentation/Review documents for senior management, gather required data with reasonable data crunching & process improvement actions/solutions.
