Urgent Hiring - Field Sales Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities, market research, and customer interactions.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
  
• Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations with potential customers to close deals.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of products.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in B2B sales, furniture sales, plastic injection molding, polymer industry, adhesives, painting etc.
  
• Strong understanding of wood products such as plywood & supreme quality furniture.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation and relationship-building.
