Project Contract Head

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:
   Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of residential high-rise buildings, villa construction, and SRA projects.
   Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and in line with quality and safety standards.
2. Team Leadership:
   Manage and mentor a team of engineers, site supervisors, and contractors.
   Assign roles, monitor performance, and resolve any on-site challenges effectively.
3. Planning & Execution:
   Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
   Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations, and inventory management.
   Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and consultants to ensure project alignment.
4. Compliance & Quality Assurance:
   Ensure all projects adhere to local regulations, building codes, and safety standards.
   Implement robust quality assurance processes to maintain construction excellence.
5. Stakeholder Management:
   Collaborate with clients, government authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
   Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
6. Slum Rehabilitation Expertise:
   Handle the unique challenges of SRA projects, including liaison with government bodies and the affected community.
   Plan and implement redevelopment strategies with minimal disruption to stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering.
20+ years of experience in managing large-scale residential high-rise, villa construction, and SRA projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in project management tools and software.
