Job Description:


A Real Estate Sales Executive closing deals would focus on facilitating property transactions, including showing properties, negotiating sales agreements, and managing client relationships. They would also be responsible for ensuring timely completion of all closing-related documentation and agreements, while working with other teams to streamline procedures.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Property Presentation and Negotiation:
    • Conduct property viewings and presentations to prospective buyers.
    • Negotiate sales agreements and terms with buyers and sellers.
    • Assist clients in preparing offers and counteroffers.
  2. Closing Process Management:
    • Ensure timely completion of all closing-related documentation and agreements.
    • Work with legal and financial teams to streamline the closing process.
    • Address and resolve any last-minute issues that could delay closing.
  3. Sales Target Achievement and Reporting:
    • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
    • Track and report on sales activities and results.
  4. Market Knowledge and Professional Development:
    • Stay informed about local real estate market trends and property values.
    • Continuously update knowledge and skills through professional development.
