Job Summary


Allen Digital is looking for a Sales CRM Operations Manager, to streamline and enhance sales processes, ensuring operational efficiency and user experience. This role will support the sales teams by optimizing lead management, and providing strategic sales insights for better system process design. A crucial part of the role involves ensuring efficient sales operations, building systems for new sales channels and driving process automation. This role is at the intersection of CRM management, process efficiency and customer experience. As the role evolves, you'll take on more responsibilities in sales process excellence.


Key Responsibilities:


  • System process design: Build CRM process and system for new sales channels being setup.

  • Sales Technology Automation: Managing CRM tools for driving efficiency, automation and lead enrichment, along with standardizing outreach practices to improve touchpoints and reduce lead drop-offs.

  • CRM System Optimization: Identify and improve inefficiencies in current CRM, by implementing improvements for better lead tracking, scoring, and sales prioritization.

  • User-Centered Approach: Ensure sales system structure is user-friendly for sales teams and enhances productivity. Collaborate with training teams to roll out effective onboarding and support for users.

  • Designing and executing a strategy to unify lead management, optimize sales calling efficiency, and improve overall sales team effectiveness. You will work cross-functionally with sales, operations, and tech teams to ensure a seamless and efficient rollout.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with product, business and tech to identify sales initiatives and feature requirements to meet sales customer needs.

  • Sales Excellence Insights: Provide detailed insights and strategic recommendations to improve sales efficiency. Identify and promote best practices for CRM automation across the sales function to elevate overall performance.

  • Benchmark Allen Digital's CRM and sales processes against industry standards and best practices.


Key Requirements:


  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales/operations/program manager or a related role. Experience in the education or ed-tech sector is an added advantage.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and understanding of sales processes and tools. Experience with building/working on CRM/Salesforce systems or sales tools optimization is an added advantage.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

  • Excellent communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive, hands-on approach with an ownership mentality.

  • Comfortable working on unstructured open problem statements in fast-paced environments.
