What you'll be doing

1. Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
2. Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
3. Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making
5. Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting policies
6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and systems
7. Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering their professional development

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the Accounting and Financial Reporting industry
2. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
3. Proficient in the application of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
6. Proficiency in financial reporting software and spreadsheet applications
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and adaptable mindset
