Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize daily business operations, ensuring smooth execution across all departments.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.

Business Strategy & Growth:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set strategic goals and long-term operational plans.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and implement innovations to maintain competitive advantage.

Financial & Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage budgets, cost controls, and financial forecasts to optimize profitability.
  • Analyze financial data and KPIs to make data-driven operational decisions.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and service.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve company goals.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure efficient workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure supply chain efficiency.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize costs and service levels.

Customer Satisfaction & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
  • Oversee quality control measures to maintain product and service standards.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to address operational challenges proactively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum 8-10 years in operations management, general management, or senior leadership roles, preferably in F&B.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
    • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
    • Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs.
    • Experience in process optimization, lean management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
