Job Responsibilities:
Oversee and optimize daily business operations, ensuring smooth execution across all departments.
Develop and implement operational policies and best practices to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Ensure compliance with
company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
.
Business Strategy & Growth:
Collaborate with senior leadership to set
strategic goals and long-term operational plans
.
Identify opportunities for business growth and process improvement.
Monitor industry trends and implement innovations to maintain competitive advantage.
Financial & Budget Management:
Develop and manage
budgets, cost controls, and financial forecasts
to optimize profitability.
Analyze financial data and KPIs to make data-driven operational decisions.
Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality and service.
Lead, mentor, and develop operational teams to achieve company goals.
Foster a culture of
accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
.
Ensure efficient workforce planning, recruitment, and employee development.
Manage relationships with
suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners
to ensure supply chain efficiency.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize costs and service levels.
Customer Satisfaction & Quality Assurance:
Ensure high levels of
customer satisfaction and service excellence
.
Oversee quality control measures to maintain product and service standards.
Implement feedback mechanisms to address operational challenges proactively.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
(MBA preferred).
Experience:
Minimum
8-10 years
in
operations management, general management, or senior leadership roles
, preferably in
F&B
.
Skills:
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
Proven ability to manage
P&L, budgets, and operational KPIs
.
Experience in
process optimization, lean management, and continuous improvement initiatives
.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
