Job description
PT Fabila Teknik Sejahtera is a Contractor specializing in marine and offshore services for Oil & Gas company in Indonesia, seeking qualified professionals for HRGA Senior Staff.
Requirement:
- Age maximum 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, HR Management/Psychology.
- Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in HR, general affairs, or related fields.
- Having experience in oil and gas industry and construction with a minimum 2 years.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and procedures.
- Ability to pay close attention to detail.
- Ability to participate in recruitment and work placement processes.
Job Desk:
- Handle HRGA Administration (payroll, absence, overtime, training, and other tasks related to HCGA).
- Responsible for employees' legal matters and regulations (industrial relations, External Relations, BPJS, Employment Contract).
