We are looking for a talented 3D Artist & Animator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models, textures, animations, and VFX for our games. You will work closely with game designers to ensure smooth implementation into the game engine.

• Create high-quality 3D models (characters, environments, props) optimized for real-time rendering.
• Develop hand-keyed animations for characters and objects.
• Design and implement VFX and particle effects that enhance gameplay.
• Work with game designers and programmers to ensure assets are properly integrated.
• Optimize assets for performance and maintain a high visual standard.
• Follow and contribute to the art direction of the game while ensuring consistency.
• Troubleshoot animation and rigging issues in the game engine.

• Proficiency in 3D software (Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar).
• Experience in animation (rigging, skinning, and keyframe animation).
• Strong knowledge of texturing tools (Substance Painter, Photoshop).
• Experience with game engines (Unity or Unreal Engine).
• Understanding of real-time animation techniques and performance optimization.
• Ability to work in a team and receive feedback constructively.
• Passion for games and interactive media.
