3D Architectural Artist

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Architectural Artist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality realistic 3D visualizations, including architectural renderings, and virtual walkthroughs. You will work closely with our Project Designers and Project Managers to bring architectural concepts to life with realistic and visually appealing 3D representations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 3D Modeling & Texturing:

• Create detailed 3D models of interiors based on architectural plans, sketches, and CAD files.
• Develop high-quality materials and textures using Photoshop.
• Ensure accurate proportions, scale, and realism in architectural models.
• Produce photorealistic renderings, lighting setups, and compositions using rendering engines like V-Ray, D5, Lumion, or Enscape.
• Optimize rendering settings for fast and high-quality outputs.
• Create conceptual, realistic, and atmospheric visualizations to enhance project presentations.

2. Virtual Walkthroughs:

• Develop smooth architectural animations and flythroughs to showcase designs dynamically.
• Work on VR/AR interactive visualizations for an immersive client experience.

Requirements:

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar).
• Strong skills in rendering engines (V-Ray, D5, Lumion, or Enscape).
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and details.
• Familiarity with architectural CAD software (AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, Revit) is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and artistic vision.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle client feedback and revise designs accordingly.
• Good time management to meet deadlines on multiple projects.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, 3D Design, Visualization, Animation, or a related field (preferred).
• 1-3 years of experience in architectural visualization or 3D rendering.
• Strong portfolio of architectural renderings and visualizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with real-time rendering and interactive 3D experiences.
• Understanding of photography, composition, and lighting principles.
• May involve working on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
