A well-known estate agency located in Totton is seeking a motivated Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator. This role offers excellent training and development opportunities, as well as career progression within the residential sales team. Responsibilities include generating valuations, conducting viewings, and progressing sales to completion. Ideal candidates will have sales experience and outstanding customer service skills. The role offers a competitive salary and uncapped commission.
Trainee Estate Agent — OTE: £25k-£30k, Uncapped Commission, Career Progression. We’re looking for a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator to complement our residential sales team in Totton working in our well known Mann estate agency.

Your role as a Trainee Estate Agent / Trainee Sales Negotiator
The main purpose of the role is to generate and book valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, agree sales and progress sales through to exchange and completion. You will also be optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
