A leading recruitment agency in Greater London is seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with Level 3 Plumbing/Mechanical experience for a maintenance team role. The position involves a Monday to Friday schedule with responsibilities including Planned Preventative Maintenance, AHU and FCU servicing, and ensuring compliance. The ideal candidate should possess a Level 3 qualification and be a proactive problem-solver. A competitive salary and opportunity for on-call duties are provided.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of building services maintenance.
- Willingness to participate in on-call duties once fully trained.
Responsabilités
- Planned Preventative Maintenance across mechanical systems.
- AHU maintenance and FCU servicing.
- Calorifier inspections and routine checks.
- TMV maintenance and compliance tasks.
- Boiler inspections and general mechanical plant support.
- Drainage work, including unblocking toilets and waste pipes.
- Locating and repairing leaks and minor plumbing faults.
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
