Role Responsibilities:
- Preparation of site appraisals, planning reports and feasibility studies.
- Site visits and client meetings across the southern regions advising on planning.
- Preparation, submission, and management of planning applications.
- Engaging in sales, preparing proposals, and formal quotations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Demonstratable previous experience and commercial acumen.
- RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or related field of study.
- MRTPI or working towards chartership.
- Detailed understanding of application of Planning Law and permitted development.
