Role Responsibilities:

• Preparation of site appraisals, planning reports and feasibility studies.
• Site visits and client meetings across the southern regions advising on planning.
• Preparation, submission, and management of planning applications.
• Engaging in sales, preparing proposals, and formal quotations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Demonstratable previous experience and commercial acumen.
• RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or related field of study.
• MRTPI or working towards chartership.
• Detailed understanding of application of Planning Law and permitted development.
