How we make the difference in Technology Engineering
Our Technology Engineering Graduate Programme is designed to support you on your journey to a successful career in technology. You’ll have opportunities to learn and develop a wide range of hands-on technical skills and to help deliver successful outcomes for our clients. Using cutting-edge technology to solve real-world problems.
Over the three years, you’ll gain experience spanning the delivery lifecycle, from initially shaping a project through to design and technical delivery. You’ll start with immediate exposure to client requests, managing fixes and handling incidents, and building up familiarity with some of our core tools, languages, and frameworks such as .NET/Python, ReactJS, Terraform and many more.
How you’ll grow with us
We provide technology-focused learning and training with full support so you can continue to develop your skillsets.
Our best engineers come from a diverse set of backgrounds, and you don’t need to already be a tech expert to apply. We welcome applications from all degree disciplines as we firmly believe that becoming a great engineer is driven by attitude.
If you have a team-first mindset, are curious to learn from others and have a willingness to share what you learn, we will give you the knowledge to be able to hit the ground running with an 11-week Engineering Bootcamp prior to you joining the business.
The teams you could work in
You’ll be part of collaborative, agile teams, working with other talented engineers, product owners, user experience designers and business analysts.
As part of your three-year blended programme, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of different technical disciplines, ensuring that you develop a varied skillset, with the ability to specialise should you choose to, including Software Engineering, Data, Cyber, Automation, Microsoft Business Services and Cloud Engineering.
