The Role:
You will join the firm's Corporate offering in Manchester, working closely with the Partners across the firm's other offices to drive the practice forward. The team attracts an impressive range of work, representing long established family-owned businesses to brand name PLC's in sectors such as digital & Tech, construction, leisure, and engineering. You will be responsible for supporting the wider teams by preparing documents, conducting legal research, publishing articles/blogs/legal updates, communicating with clients and third-party solicitors, and supporting and shadowing the fee earners. You will be encouraged to develop your reputation in the market with a solid platform to build on. There are clear prospects for progression within a short timeframe. The firm also offers an attractive package and plenty of flexibility.

Requirements:

• As a guide, this role would suit a driven paralegal with a passion for Corporate Law.
• Prior experience with business development is advantageous but not essential.
• A team player who has excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Be an outgoing and ambitious individual who wants to throw themselves into the role; attending external meetings and events including but not limited to hearings, court appearances, client meetings, and networking events.
