Job summary
A leading law firm in London is seeking an experienced Paralegal specializing in M&A and Private Equity for a 12-month FTC, potentially extendable. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing documents, managing due diligence tasks, and conducting legal research. Candidates should hold a completed law degree with at least a 2:1 grade. - Draft and review transaction documents.
- Manage due diligence tasks and document collection.

Our client, a top US law firm, is actively recruiting for an experienced and professional Paralegal to join them on a 12m FTC basis in their London office - working as their new M&A / Private Equity Paralegal.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an truly exceptional team. As the successful Paralegal, you'll be responsible for (but not limited to) the following :
- Assisting with drafting, reviewing and organising transaction documents
- Managing due diligence tasks (collecting documents, liaising with internal teams, summarising key findings)
- Conducting in depth legal research
- Maintaining and updating transaction trackers, data rooms and other internal workflow tools
- Liaising directly with Counsel, clients and counterparties on transaction-related issues
- Handling general administrative duties when required
- Assisting with Companies House filings

- Have prior / existing experience as a Paralegal in M&A and / or Private Equity (essential)
