About the role:
As an Early Years Practitioner, the learning never stops. We provide opportunities to develop the skills you need to build your career in our Little Pioneers nurseries. We are looking for a qualified professional to help us deliver our vision of being the leading Childcare provider.
Offering flexible and part-time working between the hours of 7am - 6.30pm, with the option of 2-4 day working weeks available to suit your work-life balance.

What will the role involve?

1. Working in unity with the Quality Training Advisors to achieve outstanding results in the room and outcomes for children.
2. Supporting the education and development of your key children through outstanding quality of teaching and learning.
3. Collaborating as part of a team to deliver outstanding care, early education and ensure performance standards are consistently met.

Who are we looking for?
We’re looking for someone who will achieve outstanding results and outcomes for our children:

• Full and relevant early years qualification (essential).
• An Enhanced DBS check (we’ll cover the costs).
• Open, honest and compassionate.
• Inspiring and passionate about early years and working with children.
