The Role: Join this growing team and support their top-quality, engaging client base as a Senior Commercial Solicitor. There is an existing, high-quality caseload available for you to come into. However, you will be responsible for further developing this alongside the Partnership team.

Work includes advising on a plethora of commercial contracting matters and as such this role would suit an entrepreneurial and driven Senior Commercial Solicitor with broad expertise, who wants to be a member of a relaxed but professional team and has the drive to progress their career.

Requirements:

1. You will be an experienced Senior Commercial Solicitor 9+ years PQE (there is no upper limit, and I encourage even the most experienced lawyers to enquire)
2. You will have experience working across a broad range of commercial contracts and demonstrate outstanding drafting and negotiation skills.
3. Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus.
4. Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects.
