Job Title: Practice Director - Security Testing

Reports to: Global Managing Director, Digital Trust Consulting.

Location: Home based, global role, UK or Ireland preferred.

Full time permanent role.

This role is accountable for driving global growth in a designated global practice area within Digital Trust Consulting, leading a team of Practice Managers and consultants to deliver a portfolio of consulting services and engagement for multiple clients. It has direct responsibility for managing and delivering the region’s business plans for sales, revenue and profitable growth, by recruiting, leading and developing a fungible pool of consultants to deliver the practice’s service portfolio, supplemented by automation and technologies which are supportive of delivering security testing to our clients.

The successful candidate will:

• Have managed provision of consultancy services &/or a team of consultants including successful sales/business development.
• Have demonstrable experience in leading the implementation of Security Testing frameworks including: determining security testing policy, managing all security testing activities, assessing & advising on alternatives, managing client relationships with respect to security testing, and capability for continual improvement & invention in security testing.
• Have skilled workforce planning & resourcing experience.
• Have an innovative approach to markets and delivery models.
• Explore different approaches to testing, commercial & strategy focuses, & challenge the status quo.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, own & implement the agreed Practice Strategy for growing our Security Testing operation, including expanding the market presence, geographical footprint & service offering.
• Collaborate to maximise update of a broad Practice and Client portfolio.
• Embed & continually enhance a commercially aware culture to drive profitable revenue growth.
• Manage & deliver business plans including targets for sales, revenue & profitable growth.
• Strengthen, standardise and implement the processes & systems to further integrate the business & continually improve client service.
• Continue to build a Consulting community to sustain a culture of innovation, curiosity & transparency, enabling colleagues to excel & achieve/exceed organisational goals.

• Demonstrable experience of leading the implementation of Security Testing Frameworks.

Travel Requirements: This role requires national and international travel on a regular but infrequent basis.
